Change & Transition

You've lost your footing. Too much happening all at once. Starting over.

Change and transition is part of life and comes with  its challenges. It's not easy but you'll get there. Change can leave you feeling alone, lost, isolated, tired, confused, angry, anxious, and depressed.

Whether it's a move, a relationship ending, a career change, adult milestones, or a health diagnosis, I'm here to guide and support you through.

How do you navigate this time of change?

Perhaps with finesse, grace, and a little bit of humour.

Grief & Loss

How will you get through this?

Grief and loss is personal. You're way of managing it is like no others. Your life may feel like it's upside down and you've lost traction. Isolation, anger, feeling lost, despair, and anxiety can really get the best of you. So can feeling hopeless.

As you know, grief and loss are not only related to death. During these times many feel there is an undercurrent of 'something' below the surface. A health diagnosis, relationship endings, a pandemic, or raising a child who is not/has not gone through typical developmental milestones are some life experiences that can result in feelings of despair.

Consider your own self-care and self-compassion.

Life Purpose

Why are you here? Who are you?

Some ways that a lack of life purpose or meaning can have you feeling lost, uncertain, anxious, or unmotivated.

You might have a good life, and yet, you feel empty inside. You might be without inspiration or yearn for something more but you’re not sure what it is. Or, perhaps the pandemic world is resulting in you revisiting your life as a whole. It's an uncomfortable and place to be in.

How are you caring for yourself during this time? How are you enacting self-compassion as you figure it out?

I'm here to support and guide you through.
